"Customs fees were clear"
I ordered a bag from outside my country and was kinda nervous about the customs stuff, but it was fine. The import fees showed up before I paid, so there wasn’t any weird extra charge waiting for me at the door, whcih was a relief.
Shipping took a few days longer than I was hoping, but all the paperwork seemed to be in order and DHL just dropped it off with no drama. Not perfect, but smooth overal.

My order was delayed and I had no idea what was happening, like whether it was stuck in shipping, waiting on the seller, missing an update, or just taking longer than normal. I reached out to Vestiaire Collective support and they actually replied faster than I expected. They explained things clearly, which helped a lot because I was checking my email, checking the tracking, refreshing the app, and basically wondering what was going on. It did take a couple of messages back and forth, but they followed up and kept things moving. It wasn’t totally perfect because I still had to wait a bit for the final update, but they were polite, helpful, and didn’t make me feel ignored. Overall, I’d use them again.

I tried buying something and the payment just kept failing, even though there was nothing wrong with my card. Compared to most sites where checkout is quick and painless, this felt like a hassle. What really made me nervous was seeing the charge sitting as pending in my bank for a while, even though the order hadn’t gone through. Support eventually responded, but it was slow and not very clear. I did manage to buy the item later, but the whole payment process felt messy and more stressful than it needed to be.

I had a problem with the condition of a bag I received, so I opened a dispute. It took a few days and there was some back and forth, but in the end they gave me a fair refund. It wasn’t a perfect process, but because they followed up and handled it, I’m okay with how it turned out...

My order tracking was easy to follow, and I liked getting updates whenever the package moved. It did stay stuck on one step for a couple days with no change, which had me kinda wondering what was going on lol. But overall, it showed up within the expected time, and the tracking info was helpful enough...

I tried listing my bag and the approval process felt really slow. They kept asking me for more photos even though I thought the ones I uploaded were already clear. I was mostly just waiting without many updates, which got frustrating fast. I guess they’re probably trying to be careful with listings, so I do understand it a bit, but it’s not ideal if you’re hoping to sell something quickly. Not sure I’d use it again

I got my bag and it looked pretty much like the photos and notes described. There was a little more wear on the corner than I expected, but it’s not a big deal. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish every tiny mark had been shown a bit closer

"Great idea, but the app can be frustrating"
I really like the idea behind Vestiaire, like being able to find secondhand designer stuff all in one place is great. But actually using the app or even the website... yeah, it can get annoying. Pages load slower than I’d expect, the filters seem to reset right when I’m narrowing things down, and sometimes things I saved just randomly don’t show up. Checkout is also kind of confusing, like it works eventually, but it doesn’t feel as clear as it should. I still use it because there are good finds, but it takes more patience than I want to give it

Hi everyone,
I want to share my very frustrating experience with Vestiaire Collective.
After years of being an active user with many successful sales and purchases, my account was suddenly permanently suspended without any clear explanation.
🔹 I provided every possible proof of authenticity: original invoices from official retailers (Outnet, Luisaviaroma, and even items bought directly on Vestiaire) as well as authentication reports.
🔹 Despite this, the authentication team claimed there were “compliance issues” but refused to specify what exactly was wrong.
🔹 After weeks of emails and even phone calls, all I received were polite but empty replies saying the “decision is final.”
👉 I believe I am not alone in this. Other users must have faced the same treatment. This is not only frustrating, but it could also be a violation of consumer rights under EU law (such as the right to transparency when platforms suspend accounts).
📢 That’s why I’m reaching out here:
• Has anyone else experienced a similar unjustified suspension on Vestiaire Collective?
• Let’s connect and consider filing a collective complaint with consumer protection authorities (for example, AGCM in Italy or EU-level bodies).
