Customer service really not helpful and even worse they ghost you (happened 2 or 3 times on dif occasions), promising incentives that they never give you back, just too much work for a very high fees they take
"Deny listings even with receipts and tags"
I have only been able to post two things successfully. For some reason they have denied every listing since! I get a message saying it cant be authenticated. After that happening 3 times in a row I contacted them and they asked for proof of purchase. I sent proof of purchase not only in the form of receipts BUT my credit card statements showing I purchased direct from stores. Balenciaga, Gucci etc and they STILL deny my listings. Oddly the two items they did accept and allow me to list I didn't buy from Gucci I bought them privately second hand and have NO proof of purchase and was never asked. Absolutely bonkers company.

"Beware of scammers"
My first time on Vestiaire - selling a Mulberry handbag. Via their site I received an email to say I had a message. I click on and I am directed to the actual Vestiaire site. The message was someone asking me to post more pictures of the item to their what's app site. Being the first time on this site I assumed this was their protocol, as other messages had come in through this way. This turned out to be a scammer - only found out as I chose to open Vestiaire 'chat' box to ask about it as the 'potential' buyer said they had difficulty paying for the item.
WATCH OUT - may be they target new users - but Vestiaire you need to be vigilant and highlight to users to watch out for this. Cancelled my subscription and very wary of their site now.

I am a buyer/seller from a year now, I am so satisfied with the service that I recommended VC to my sister and friends.
I recently had issues with my payments and delivery to a customer, the chat customer service team was so helpful and patient with me. They fixed both problems in hours.
If I may do a suggestion I would advise the VC team to make a button that consent to exit the chat when the query is over, because if you need to
Pose one more question after one or two hours it is not possible until the conversation is closed automatically by VC

I bumped into this scammer 'Expert Seller' who claims to be selling '100% authentic'.
I believe she's selling sophisticated counterfeit designer items.
Never worn TOTEME down coat for $358, available in US0, 2, 4, 6, 8. No care label pics, no tags. NEVER RESPOND to messages. Guaranteed Authentic but "Main tag and care label might be missing for this item". Wait, you're not sure about that?? Are you ordering from somewhere else or what?
Seller is selling multiple new, same style different size Reformation, Stine Goya, and TOTEME coats, Ganni, Selkie dress on Vestiaire for less than half the retail price, and mostly without any label? My gut tells me no normal person would have an endless number of unused, same size (or same item in different sizes from XXS to XL) designer items lying around at home, so I'd guess this is a sign that counterfeit items are being sold. Seems like seller is getting the items from a supplier. This explains why she can't add more photos of the items when being asked.
Sketchy descriptions like "May not have a main label or care label", "item comes from Private Sales so might have a hole on the label". You're not sure if it has a label but you posted TRY ON PICS?
Some items listed by the seller does not even have a brand label on it but she still lists it under that brand name!
Unlikely shes a stockist because the seller NEVER RESPOND to any authenticity related questions or requests for pics of brand label. Another big red flag right there!
And here comes the most bizarre. Vestiaire DEACTIVATED my account after I questioned the seller and reported the case to their customerservice. AND THE SELLER IS STILL THERE, ACTIVELY SELLING, NEVER BEEN INVESTIGATED!
Vestiaire DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SELLER! Why are you allowing a blatant scammer selling on your website? And stop banning people for reporting issues because you have no right to do that!

I found that the dress I bought/received, wasn’t the same as the one in the pictures, and the feedbacks on my complaints on the matter were unsatisfactory and did not help me at all!!!

Absolutely terrible experience with them.I put a dress on sale on their website,I spent £2000 for the dress when I bought it,and wanted to sell it for £650, as I only worn it once, their value for the dress was £165.They sent me an email to change the price, I didn’t, so they deleted my account without any explanation.I tried to log in a few times but couldn’t, as I think they blocked me.Awful, I do not recommend.
